1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User," "Player," or "you") and 78jili (the "Company," "we," "us," or "our").

By registering an account, accessing our website at 78jili.cam, downloading our mobile application, or using any services provided by 78jili, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. 2. Eligibility and Account Registration

• Valid email address under your exclusive control

You must verify your identity by submitting copies of valid Philippine government-issued identification documents (such as passport, driver's license, UMID, or Philippine national ID) within seven (7) days of account creation or before your first withdrawal, whichever comes first. Failure to complete identity verification may result in account suspension and forfeiture of winnings.

2.3 Account Restrictions

• Each person is permitted only one (1) account with 78jili. Creating multiple accounts (duplicate accounts) is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all accounts and confiscation of funds.
• You may not allow any other person to access or use your account under any circumstances.
• You may not transfer, sell, or otherwise dispose of your 78jili account to any third party.
• Account registration using false information, stolen identity, or fraudulent documents will result in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

3.1 Password and Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 78jili account credentials, including your username and password. You must:

• Create a strong password combining uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters
• Never share your password with any person, including family members, friends, or individuals claiming to be 78jili staff
• Never write down your password in an insecure location or store it in unencrypted digital format
• Change your password immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) if offered by 78jili for enhanced security
• Log out of your account when using shared or public computers

3.2 Unauthorized Account Access

You agree to notify 78jili immediately upon discovering or suspecting any unauthorized use of your account or any security breach. 78jili shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security precautions. You shall be liable for all activities conducted through your account until you notify us of the security breach.

3.3 Account Monitoring

78jili reserves the right to monitor account activity for security purposes, fraud prevention, compliance with these Terms, and adherence to applicable laws and regulations. We may suspend or terminate accounts exhibiting suspicious activity, unusual betting patterns, or potential fraud indicators pending investigation.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposits

78jili accepts deposits through authorized payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers to designated Philippine banks (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Unionbank), and credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard). The minimum deposit amount is One Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱100.00). Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and VIP status.

All deposits must originate from accounts registered in your legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Deposits made from accounts not registered in your name will be refunded minus processing fees, and your account may be suspended pending investigation.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through your 78jili account dashboard. The minimum withdrawal amount is One Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱100.00). Maximum withdrawal limits apply based on your account verification status and VIP level. 78jili processes most withdrawal requests within fifteen (15) minutes during business hours, though processing times may vary based on payment method and verification requirements.

First-time withdrawal requests require identity verification. You must submit valid government-issued identification and proof of address before your withdrawal can be processed. Withdrawals must be made to accounts registered in your name matching the name on your 78jili account. We do not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

4.3 Transaction Fees

78jili does not charge deposit fees. Withdrawal fees may apply depending on the payment method selected. Any fees charged by third-party payment processors, banks, or mobile wallet providers are your sole responsibility.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on 78jili are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). If you deposit funds in a different currency, your payment provider will convert the amount to PHP at their applicable exchange rate, which may include conversion fees.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

78jili strictly adheres to Philippine anti-money laundering regulations under Republic Act No. 9160 (as amended). We reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on accounts showing irregular transaction patterns, large deposits, or other red flags. Accounts suspected of money laundering activity will be immediately frozen, and all information will be reported to relevant authorities including the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC).

5.3 Bonus Expiration

Bonuses and associated wagering requirements typically expire within thirty (30) days of being credited to your account unless otherwise specified. Any unused bonus funds and pending wagering requirements will be forfeited upon expiration.

6. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Game Integrity

All games offered by 78jili use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. 8. Account Suspension and Termination

8.1 Suspension by 78jili

78jili reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, with or without prior notice, if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• You provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification
• You engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities
• Your account shows signs of money laundering or other financial crimes
• You are found to be underage or using someone else's identity
• Required by law, regulation, or court order
• We believe suspension is necessary to protect the integrity of our platform or other users

8.2 Consequences of Termination

Upon account termination for cause, 78jili may confiscate any remaining balance, void pending bets, and forfeit accrued bonuses. If your account is closed due to your request or for non-violation reasons, any legitimate remaining balance will be returned to you after deducting applicable fees and charges.

8.3 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance within thirty (30) days, after which funds will be forfeited. Closed accounts cannot be reopened except at 78jili's sole discretion.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the 78jili platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, game designs, audio, video, and data compilations, is the exclusive property of 78jili or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use 78jili services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any 78jili content without express written permission.

The 78jili name, logo, and all related trademarks are owned by the Company. Unauthorized use of our trademarks is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, 78jili shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, service interruptions, or any other commercial damages or losses.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of 78jili services shall not exceed the amount of deposits made to your account in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

78jili provides gaming services "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We are not responsible for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues, third-party payment provider failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from your use of 78jili services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes may be submitted to mediation or arbitration as provided under Philippine alternative dispute resolution laws.

As a PAGCOR-licensed operator, 78jili is subject to regulatory oversight. Complaints regarding unfair treatment, unresolved disputes, or violations of gaming regulations may be escalated to PAGCOR's Customer Relations Department.

12. General Provisions

12.1 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

12.2 Waiver

Failure by 78jili to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or our right to enforce it in the future. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of 78jili.

12.3 Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. 78jili may assign these Terms or any rights hereunder without restriction.

12.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific game rules or promotion terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and 78jili regarding your use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
